1. What is the compatibility that it has with other systems of inventory control or manufactures?
R: Comply! Inter phases with other systems similar to MRP, by means of text files (ASCII) or Excel. If your department of IT can generate these type of files to fix our format already defined, it would not be a problem; otherwise, we would have to develop a program to fit our format that your system can provide us.

2. Does it have report generator and how manageable is it?
R: We have a section that we identify as consultation under demand.  This section deposits commands into small programs that we send via email, which allows us to provide a report or process, in a fast and timely manner without having to affect the system; for example, Dept. of Accounting needs an urgent report of all the numbers of parts that have been processed  by country of origin and supplier.  If the report does not exist already in the system, one of our programmers will  develop the report and  send it by email in a word document. The client simply needs to copy and  paste the information in the window of consultation under demand and by just pressing a button the report will be generated and it will asked for to an external file, Excel, DBF, text, etc.

3. What are the consulting options?
R: Aside from what we mentioned in the previous question, each field of each screen works as an information filter. For example, in the parts master screen, if you where to type  "M" for material when pressing the single button search it will bring to screen (memory) the numbers from raw material (type M).

4. Does it have capacity of emission of the legal reports (INEGI, REPORT ANNUAL, SAVE HARBOR)
R: It includes the reports INEGI, ROCE (Report of Operations of Foreign trade or Annual), and great variety of reports by rank of dates.

5. How is the conversion of the units of measurement  handled?
R: That is one of the preferred characteristics by our clients; it’s handled from the catalog of parts. From the import it’s already converted to the Mexican unit and the unit of the BOM, making it easier to unload pedimentos to the exportation.

6. How does the system handles machinery, equipment, accessories and spare parts?
R: The machinery, equipment and spare parts can be handled of two ways, by family (type of material) or by part number, including as it is known, series number, make, model, number and internal inventory, etc. Labels of identification can be printed from the creation of the import invoice, so that when it arrives at the plant, it can be identified from the beginning.

7. How is the structuring and file reconstruction handle?
R: Several forms exist to obtain the reconstruction of unloading the pedimentos of import. The most common forms to integrate the information of your present system to Comply! are to reconstruct from an initial inventory, or from the beginning of operations and/or 5 years from when first entrances first exits, to do this it is necessary to capture  the imports as well as the exports and the bills of material.

8. Can the affectation of pedimentos be reverse?
R: Yes

9. How is the scrap and waste handle?
R: The system Comply! , handles what we call an authentication code of waste material, which has defined unit of cost. It can also be applied to the weight (kilos) or to the units, this way the value presented/displayed in the invoice will be a value of waste. This code is assigned to the family or type of material and at the time of the export will be automatically sent to screen for the calculation of value in customs.

10. Which are the options of handling the bill of materials?
R: It is handled of 2 ways, by means of bill of materials flat (single level) or structured (multi-level includes subassembly).

11. Which are the options of unloading of pedimentos (FIFO, Manual, Priorities, etc.)?
R: The user will be able to select on the basis of the following options or methods of unloading:
A. Only by part number: FIFO, FEFO (first expiration dates first out)
B. By our part number and family: FIFO, FEFO (first expiration dates first out)

12. Which are the options of the registry of rectifications?
R: You only need to register the data (date of payment, duties, number, modes of payment, etc.) of the pedimento for rectification in the master catalog of pedimentos, and the changes undergone in amount, value, identifiers, weight, etc. will be done in the import invoice.

13. What is the response time and guarantees for the good operation of the system?
R: The updates are processed through our web page. When signing off of  Comply! , the client has the option to automatically check if updates exist. Our help desk is in operation of 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In case of emergency, you will be able to call our cellular phones. In case of a report request or an additional module, we will give you an estimated date of implementation.
