Actualization of fines and quantities DOF 04-04-2005
Article 185-A.
It commits the infraction related to the obligation to
have a systems of control of inventories, that do not
fulfill the arranged in fraction I of article 59
of this Law.
Article 185-B.
A fine will be given anywhere from
$2,500 to $5,000 dlls to those who
commit the violation related to the obligation to have
a systems of control of inventories anticipated in the
article 185-A of this Law. “Fine updated by Rules of

3.3.3. For the effects of articles 59, fraction I, 108, 109 and 112 of the Law, the assembly plants
(maquiladoras) and PITEX, those that import merchandise temporarily under protection of their respective
program and the ECEX, need to use a system of control for inventories in an automated form.
Using this
method “First Entrances First Exits” (PEPS), enables you to choose the
guidelines established
in Annexed the 24 of the present Resolution.
According to the Mexican laws and customs regulations,
all companies, assembly plant (maquiladoras) or PITEX,
are required to have a system of control of inventories
of pedimentos in its physical facilities. Should there
not be a controlled inventory, fines will be given
to these companies.
At the moment several systems exist, that have this
control, but they are designed for corporations that can
justify the costs of acquisition of the licenses of
these systems, that generally is very difficult.
Nevertheless, to the small and medium companies, it is complicated
to invest and to acquire these systems. The obligation to use
it is by law and end of having to acquire economic applications that do not provide
the suitable solution to there require.
This is why we have developed the
Comply! and Comply! Lite,
a system for the control of inventories of pedimentos of
assembly plants (maquiladoras) and PITEX that are
simple, compact and with the basic options and modules
to fulfill the observations of the Annexed 24, but
mainly accessible in cost to small and medium companies.
